The partnership started four years ago and the plan was for a

one semester radio class and turned into a lasting community relationship between Baltimore and Goucher.

Text Box: Earl’s Place Presents THE MONKEY ON OUR BACKS

An Art Exhibit Featuring Works Created by Formerly Homeless Men

May 2012

This exhibition attempted to capture the everyday struggles the homeless face in society. We hoped to tell the story of the injustices and challenges endured as well as the hopes of the men in their step by step journey of returning to society as positive and productive citizens.

To see a slide show of pictures and videos from the Baltimore opening go to: www.themonkeysonourbacks.wordpress.com
